Features:

the main map of the edition reproduces the geography of the events depicted in the Tapestry
each place or locale may be clicked on to open a brief introduction and discussion of the area
users may also use the arrow keys to click though an animation detailing the actual geography traveled during a particular section of the Tapestry
a schematic map of the the battlefield at Hastings is also featured, with links to 360 degree video panoramas of the battlefield (see next screenshot)
