Features:

the glossary to the edition provides entries under the areas of People, Places, Details and Events -- all entries are hyperlinked to other areas of the Tapestry as well
each glossary entry contains an introduction to the subject and a brief discussion, followed by an index of links to the Tapestry and other areas of the edition related to the entry
the "People" section includes entries for any personage represented or possibly referenced in the Tapestry
the "Places" section includes entries for any geographic locale represented or possibly referenced in the Tapestry
the "Details" section covers specific aspects of the material contained in Tapestry, such as borders, inscriptions, architecture, weapons, costumes and so forth
the "Events" section discusses historical or chronological events represented or possibly referenced in the Tapestry, such as Halley's Comet, claims to the English throne, the Battle of Hastings, King Edward's death and so forth
