Identified on its title-page as the second volume, this work is presumably the continuation of the much longer 1024 (although the absence of the latter work's title-page makes this difficult to confirm). Certainly, both books share the same format, binding and date of plates.
Whilst the first volume concentrated on five London locations, this second volume describes with seventeen buildings in the provinces, some of which are illustrated. The full list is as follows:
1. A 'Gothic Summer-House' in Haldown Devonshire
2. Hampton Court, near Leominster in Herefordshire
3. Cotton Mills at Hanging Bridge on the Derbyshire-Staffordshire border (this is a large watermill depicted in a bucolic setting)
4. Powderham Castle, near Exeter
5. Selsea Church, Sussex
6. 'Shenstone's School', Shropshire
7. Hanwell Church, outside London
8. Arundel Castle
9. 'Hearts', a grand home in Essex
10. Welcombe Lodge, near Stratford upon Avon
11. Lantphey Court, Pembroke
12. Addington Church, Surrey
13. Farringdon, a village in Berkshire (with a good market on Tuesdays)
14. Montgomery Church, Wales
15. Hanover Hall, Sussex
16. Saint Adhelm's Well, Somerset
17. Ockham Church, Surrey
